Shipping Policy

At ESP Salon Sales we pride ourselves on our ability to process orders quickly and accurately. We ship 99% of all orders placed on a business day within 24 hours. Client orders received before 11:00am will be shipped for next day delivery (in most areas). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed during weeks with a “statutory holiday" or during holiday periods may ship 1-2 days later than stated above.

We have a tiered Freight Policy based on Location and Order Size.

BACKORDER POLICY

All items over 2 months old will be deleted

Backorders to areas with beyond charges will be canceled and will have to be reordered

Backorders with add ons will be prepaid if over $200.00

Backorders for Business Driver Accounts will be shipped with next order placed if under $200.00

DAMAGES / SHIPPING ERRORS POLICY

Any damages or shipping errors that may occur will not just be shipped unless with next order

Damaged items can be credited with picture but they will still need to be returned for us to do a claim

Shipping errors will be credited once returned
